|Service good. Only gripe: got email to forewarn about Friday delivery. The someone tries to deliver Wednesday before. Ultimately Friday morning so back to plan A but a bit confusing. Otherwise fina.

|Easy website to use. Item took six days to arrive, but well packaged and far cheaper than if bought locally by myself. Communication on the progress of the order and delivery including the you should have it by now email was excellent. Will use again the next time the boiler needs a spare part.

|Dear SirMadam, I found your website very clear and easy to use and when I found the part I needed ordering and payment was quick and easy. Update e-mails were useful but my only complaint was that delivery was 1 day late.I did not require the part urgently so it was not a problem.l would recommend mytub to my friends.

My experiences have been very bad as this is the first time I have dealt with your company and I had to wait 17 days for a few fittings to be delivered.. 1 fitting arrived after about 10 days and the others were " lost in transit "
I dealt with a lady called Christine who was very pleasant and helpful but the lost in transit business didnt wash with me as Ive been in business for over 20 yrs !!
It will be hard for me to deal with your company again Im sorry to say but I wish you all the best for the future..
