Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. Had a slight problem with one of the fittings of the product I purchased, which was sorted out very well and quickly by a combination of MyTub and Twyford.
I would wholeheartedly recommend MyTub.

The item wasnt delivered when they said it would be but once I queried it, the communnication was spot on from there and they were very apologetic and i now have a working toilet again so cant complain too much!!

My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. However, I was kept informed at all times of progress in tracking it down and, where estimated times for fulfilment of the order were exceeded, an explanation and revised eta was always forthcoming unprompted. Excellent communications meant that this is a firm I would deal with again without hesitation
