Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked “fragile” - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted.

Prices very competitive, delivery took a while, I guess as you had to order the parts to send me. I ordered 3 and only got 1 but I didn't realise till two weeks after order arrived so didn't feel I should mention it.

Ordering online was easy and the delivery date 10 days later, whilst taking a little longer than most, was met on target and the correct item was dispatched. My only concern was that the item came wrapped only in a thin plastic which was badly torn but luckily there was no damage to the basin. However, it seems more by chance and it would have been better if had cardboard packaging to prevent possible damage to what is a fragile item. The was my first experience using My Tub and I would definitely no hesitate to use them again and recommend their services to other. Thank you.
