Its a shame that you could not get the restricted flow taps which were still on your web site but service was good once this was identified and items replaced with standard, un-restricted, ones. Thanks.

I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. I recently had a domestic emergency with a broken diverter valve in our en-suite Aqualisa shower. Having done an internet trawl, MyTub seemed to be the only supplier with one in stock, when even Aqualisa the manufacturer had none. Your sales team gave me great advice over the phone and I ordered what I believe was the last one left across the whole supply chain! I paid the extra for next day delivery and hey presto, it arrived as promised yesterday. It was exactly what was required and my plumber fitted it this morning. Job done ....... what else can I say!!! Thank you .... outstanding service ....... Happy Christmas !!!

i ve used your service to obtain Radiant boiler part. im basically happy to get the proper part. I will probably use your service again because i cant really find any other suplier. you ruin your service by sending a tiny sensor by fedex instead of sending it by post in a padded envelope. i ended up paying nearly double amount for delivery than for the price of the item.13-item,22-delivery i dont even want to mention that the Fedex price for this delivery is 16 so probably your pacaging is 6. i recon that a padded envelope and postage wouldnt be much more than 6. also i hardly believe that your company doesnt use post at all. i wouldnt feel so bad if the delivery was fast for this money but it took a week.i know that im not an important customer i migyht by 1-2 small part a year so yo
