Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Item was good value for money
Waiting time for delivery seemed like forever
Item was packed in a box 40 times the size with no packing value and motor had come out of its box and was bouncing around lucky no damages
I would still recommend company
But try and pick up items from stores next time
