|Special order delivered when promised great service thanks
|I placed an on line order for replacement parts for my 5 year old boiler. The process was very simple and efficient. My Tub kept me well informed as the order was processed and dispatched including notice of the day of delivery. I can recommend this company.

Order arrive on time,will definatley use My Tub again.
|Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered.

Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the sink out of My Tubs control . I emailed MyTtub and Christine dealt with the problem immediately and I received a replacement in less than 24hrs. She provided excellent customer careafter sales service and is a credit to My Tub.
Would definitely recommenduse again.
|Easy to navigate site. delivery one day after anticpated. surprised that you passed order onto your supplier, but overall well satisfied and would use again.
They are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks – my ‘find’ was a fluke by virtue of the fact that I called Grants to ask a techy question.
They advised it was extremely unusual that they had one in stock – so that’s when I jumped at it in the hope we could secure it.
So well done you guys for reacting so quickly to my email – others would have dragged their feet.
Most of all the ‘mrs’ thinks I’m a star – brownie points for me…..which as the ladies in the office will probably confirm have a shelf life of about 12 hours!!!!
