In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. These orders seem to go like clockwork. picked up the thermocouple yesterday .The washer was actually delivered to me by Wolsey on Friday to my door , dont know the reason for that other than it was marked up for delivery.

Having tried various plumbing merchants for N12 6 [6mm od] copper elbows with no luck I tried My Tub who had them in stock. The sales person was extremely helpful and the parts were delivered quicker than was specified. All in all a great experience with My Tub. Highly recommended.

Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered.
