Tuesday I received the parcel. I would like to thank you for the service.The CD with the software for the Diagnostics for the Vaillant boiler Vrdialog 8102 is very out of date. Its the version 2.2. by 2006. On the internet can I find the version 2.5, but there are already the VrDIALOG 8102 version 18.104.22.168 but I cant download it. My computer works with windows 7 and this version works only with windows XP.
Christine, of you company, did provide the upgrade to version 22.214.171.124.

|Excellent service, but I find it strange that I can order something from My Tub, 250 miles away, yet its actually delivered to me by a local plumbers Merchant, and at a better price than if I went to the plumbers merchants direct.
