Excellent service form MyTub. Email communication very good, delivered the goods to the door of our house very quickly - even faster than stated in the emails. Radiators delivered were in good condition, and the correct parts. Price was better than competitors, will use MyTub again.

I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before.

delivery was very slow. It took 10 days from ordering to my door, which very slow if you need something urgent. the ordering on the net itself was easy.
Would think twice if I needed something in a hurry

Very good service- the shipping cost went up because of the end supplier. The gentleman at Mytub was so apologetic and was more upset than me about the increase! He is an asset to your business. The shipping was also very good and arrived as forecast.
