I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Very responsive service. My only criticism is that when I went to your agent to pick up the items, I was told that I could have saved several pounds (in fact the cost of the petrol for the journey plus some more) if I had ordered directly from them. A lesson for next time!
