The MyTub website was easy to use, I found the items I was looking for very easily, and the whole process right through to paying for my goods was very simple. My order was delivered on exactly the day they said it would and the tracking / email updates were very reassuring. Would recommend MyTub 100%. John.

The heating elements i ordered unfortunately took 10 days more than the 3 weeks delivery promised and that was at a critical time due to the cold weather period in the New Year. But I was pleased with the price and the assistance when I rang was helpful.

Easy website to use. Item took six days to arrive, but well packaged and far cheaper than if bought locally by myself. Communication on the progress of the order and delivery including the you should have it by now email was excellent. Will use again the next time the boiler needs a spare part.
