I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. I placed my order online and was kept up to date with how things were progressing. I received an email to tell me the part was available for collection. However when I went to collect the part it was not available. Apparently someone had sold it. I contacted Christine who reordered a further one. After a week it was still not at the Belfast Depot so I contacted Christine who arranged for it to be delivered to me Free of Charge

I have used my tub a few of times now and have had a very good service every time. Products are dispatched promptly and communication via emails is excellent and the staff know all about their products. I am always happy to use my tub.
