Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. I was impressed and would recommend mytub. Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. I was kept me up to date with my order process via emails. A company that deserves to do well.

Was rather disturbed initially that the order would be delayed some two weeks or so. It was not an issue for me at the time as I keep spares of this rather unreliable and fragile item. However, if I did have a faulty part, I would have had much inconvenience.
Service itself was great. i was always kept in the loop about the order from MyTub who eventually delivered.

Easy to find the product I was seeking on the MyTub website. It was helpful having the product number against which to search.
Five days including a weekend from order to delivery.
Good communication including initial notification then confirmation of delivery date and information, when requested, of an approximate delivery time.
The product looks good and I assume it will work well as our plumber had no problem fitting it.
I would recommend.
