I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. The waste kit page for WK0285 has a link to an Astracast pdf spec where I can see exactly which sinks come with a waste kit included, and for those that dont, the corresponding waste kit code to order. I ordered some coals for a gas fire which included delivery, but due to the delicate nature of the coals you would not deliver I dont know why you show something on you web site that you cannot deliver. You then had to re credit me for the delivery cost. The item was then sent to another distributer which I had to collect from.
All this took me numerous phone calls and over a weeks wait I would have been better going straight to the local distributer.

Very quick reponse, item delivered promptly. Very good service.
Only issue is the soft close is very, very slow to close. I have one other of these fitted to the main bathroom and that works OK. Cannot see how this can be adjusted.
