Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. They are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks my find was a fluke by virtue of the fact that I called Grants to ask a techy question.
They advised it was extremely unusual that they had one in stock so thats when I jumped at it in the hope we could secure it.
So well done you guys for reacting so quickly to my email others would have dragged their feet.
Most of all the mrs thinks I’m a star brownie points for me, which as the ladies in the office will probably confirm have a shelf life of about 12 hours!!!!

Very pleased with the proffessional service we received for our order. We were informed regualary as to the situation of the delivery and the 3 items were all received on the same date as advised. Would all ways use My Tub in the furture.
