Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. The item took a while to arrive but was not going to mainland UK so probably explains it and I wasnt in a hurry for it anyway. Kept me informed every step of the way. Extremely pleased with the product which is good quality and just right for our needs in the bathroom. My Tub were very good at keeping us updated with when the product was being delivered just a pity there was a bit of a wait for it to be supplied. When it did come it was via a Plumb Store, Epsom lorry which is local to us!! despite ordering from MyTub in Tyne & Wear!!!!

Quick service goods exactly as described. I think that Carriage charge was excessive for such a small lightweight item. Should be an option for second class postage as not all customers are in a hurry to receive items ordered.

The lid on the loo seat broke but I could not find the correct replacement for ages
Then when I got the right product number I was unsure how to get the old one off

Found the right part
Spoke to someone helpful who explained how to remove the old seat and lid which I did while he was on the phone giving instructions
Bought the part, it arrived quickly and is fitted

It would have been nice to have been told the item was not in stock at the time of ordering.After a couple of conversations about the item I assumed it was in stock and would be posted .
