The loo seat arrived on time and has been wrapped as a Christmas present !. As the contents wont be properly checked till Christmas Day I hope that in the unlikely event there is a problem, therell be no problem with your terms and conditions, which I confess to not having read properly.

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. Hi everyone, the service i have received has been excellent. Everyone has been polite and delivery came on the day stated. The only problem i have is that i cannot access my account. I put my email address in and ask for another password, but nothing is sent to my inbox. Ive done this atleast 3 times Can you clarify what im doing wrong Thank you.

Excellent service with relevant updates about the order progress. The Grohe Flush Push button Mark 2 version arrived on time and now that it is fitted works better than the original and the price was right too! Well done MyTub.

Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered.
