OMG the service received from mytub has been amazing. Having ordered the incorrect item Laurie was so helpful in chasing the supplier, copying me in on the regular chaser emails. The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.
