Placed the order and was contacted by a very helpful chap at MyTubs to say that the part I ordered was obsolete but that they had one to send me. He range back to check that I had ordered the part from the pt number and not by the picture as there is another almost identical. Really chuffed with the customer service. Would recommend.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. MyTub was very good at providing one of the parts I needed and the whole procedure was straight forward with a user friendly ordering system, good company customer contact procedures and good delivery service.
