When I placed my order there was an initial blip with regard to delay in the delivery date However, this was very quickly resolved. The interest for the customers needs was noteworthy and reassuring.

When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order.
