I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! I was very impressed with the service given my MyTub. As I was moving and it was a bit complicated with delivery I was worried that things would go wrong but they didnt. I could always get through to somebody straight away on the telephone who was knowledgeable about the situation and all went smoothly.
I am so pleased with the Katell Galaxy fireplace. It is just as described and looks really good in my new home. Thank you for your customer service.

We were happy with the purchasing process, it was only the delay in receiving a delivery date that caused us a problem as we had a building project on and there was a chance that we needed to reschedule other tradesman. As it happened the goods arrived on the date that they were eventually promised for.
