Initial enquiry about an alternative product to the now discontinued line was swiftly answered and order placed. This was then very quickly delivered. I was very impressed with the service received and would most certainly consider using them again.

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. Service was great but collection was not made by My Tub resulting in our delivery not being next day but the day after which affected progress on site, main problem it took my call to ascertain that delivery would be delayed, no-one called me ........

While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.
