The part arrived promptly and was as expected, however the postage cost seems excessive and I did look long and hard to find another supplier because of this but couldnt!

Was surprised by the lead time on our order of Twyfords bathroom furniture and sanitary ware but think this is down to Twyfords rather than MyTub. The order processing was very smooth and we preferred to receive the whole order in one delivery and on the date predicted. Delivery was on time and courteous. We especially appreciated the help of the support team to help process a return and credit of a faulty shower tray. Steve really adopted a personal touch to argue our case with Twyford and the refund was effected with minimal effort from us.

I was struggling to find a replacement for my toilet pan and then found out they were no longer made by Ideal Standard. I was lucky enough to have the model number and searched for it on my computer. Immediately I found what I wanted on you site. I ordered it on Friday at 4.30pm and it was delivered by 10.15 am on the Monday. Fantastic service, good price and the pan was exactly the one I wanted. After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day.
