After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. The K1 Radiator panels arrived as per your advice. They fit OK and are exactly as described, being good value for money. The only criticism I have is that the packaging was dreadful. The corrugated cardboard they were packed in was completely missing at one end exposing the panels to possible scratching and damage. I pointed this out to your delivery man but he didnt seem too concerned. Luckily, on this occasion, the ends of the panels were not damaged, but it could happen next time.

I ordered from Finland on 30.12 and had it delivered to my door on 22.1. The shipment was 49 GBP. It was still cheaper then local price here, and I must say that customer support was most helpful within their possibilities.
MyTub, get your international shipment deals better, you have great offer and great staff there, but I cannot recommend anyone from overseas to shop here.
