I recently had a domestic emergency with a broken diverter valve in our en-suite Aqualisa shower. Having done an internet trawl, MyTub seemed to be the only supplier with one in stock, when even Aqualisa the manufacturer had none. Your sales team gave me great advice over the phone and I ordered what I believe was the last one left across the whole supply chain! I paid the extra for next day delivery and hey presto, it arrived as promised yesterday. It was exactly what was required and my plumber fitted it this morning. Very happy with the service. I actually ordered a different model of thermostat control however Mytub sent me an ungraded version as the one I ordered wasnt available. Easy to use website and the delivery was quick. When I did contact them they were quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend.
