Excellent communication all the way. I tried to order a shower that turns out wasnt in gold. Before sending the chrome version, the team noticed that other parts on the order were in gold so contacted me to check before the order went ahead. Excellent service throughout. Pleasant and helpful staff from initial contact to delivery driver. Particularly impressed by the regular delivery progress reports and the rapid delivery its-self.
One comment you may wish to consider - the delivery note from "Wolseley required a signature confirming that goods were received in Good Condition. This is unrealistic . It would be more reasonable to either delete this statement or give an alternative stating "Goods not Checked at time of Delivery".
