Some good, some bad: 3 estimated delivery dates came and went before my order was delivered. The comunication was good and regular and reponded to my concerns. would have been better to know what the hold was through this delay. I will use again but not for anything urgent.

When trying to source the required 3 bar relief valve with swivel nut and gauge, I found a few sites online that claimed to stock the item, but then showed the photo of a completely different version - not very reassuring. I also visited a Travis Perkins outlet as a retailer of Inta products, and although they tried very hard for 30 minutes to identify the valve, they were unable to do so. MyTub had the right photo on their site and offered the product at a reasonable price. It arrived as per schedule and, most importantly, was indeed the right valve and gauge.

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! It all worked as it should have done, and I received the kit on 28 March, having placed the order on 21 March. That was quite satisfactory, but when I placed the order there was no information about delivery time, or availability.
I had to make a phone call to get this information, which I dont think I should have had to . Not quite as slick as some sites.
