The ordering process was straightforward. Items required were easy to find. Prices were competitive. The part delivery items were recieved promptly, and the remaining item as soon as practicable afterwards. Email communication was clear and thorough.

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. Not delivered on stated day 22 Feb but was delivered the next day, and delivery driver apologised for delay. Also, I got rapid and courteous email response when I reported non-delivery. Apart from that , website easy to follow, and price the best I could find.

My order was completed in good time, the website was easy to navigate and I was kept informed all the way through from order, dispatch and estimated delivery. My only comment would be that the items were just in a clear bag, and not boxed, which considering it contained some fairly delicate filters, this surprised me somewhat. But despite this, my order arrived safely. Very happy. Thanks.
