The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. Service very good and the website easy to use. Parts in stock this time so received quickly. Unfortunately waterless urinal spares are expensive but thats not the fault of the supplier. Manufacturers need to lower the price to make waterless economical.
