Although I did not find your website that easy to navigate, your Customer Services staff were very helpdful. They gave me the exact information that I needed to place my order. Description of product was with SIDE or bottom supply. There is no side supply. Also described as having components pre-fitted, this is not true. I expect a partial refund for the inconvenience of this. Please respond.

The lid on the loo seat broke but I could not find the correct replacement for ages

Spoke to someone helpful who explained how to remove the old seat and lid which I did while he was on the phone giving instructions
