Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. Proactive response from MyTub team as I had incorrectly ordered the wrong colour to begin with - many thanks.
Final delivery notification only came through on the morning of the delivery but was the day that had been given as an estimate. An approximate time would have been useful extra information.
All in all a god experience

Hi. Just to confirm that I received my order on Friday 24 October 2014. The only comment that I would want to make is that I expected confirmation that the delivery date of 24 October was to be the actual date. However, I had to phone to find out that this was the case.
