Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
