An excellent service, kept in touch throughout. Had a small problem over delivery times/dates, but all was sorted to my complete satisfaction.
Many Thanks

Order took a couple of weeks to get, but it arrived on the original estimated delivery date as promised. Considering that these parts are no longer manufactured this was incredible, communication was excellent.
So I have no complaints and would certainly use more often

Very impressed with the service. It turns out the part I ordered was obsolete but staff went to the trouble of sourcing another supplier. Part arrived promptly.

Hi As this was the first time I have used my tub I was not aware of what kind of service I was going to experience ,however I should not have worried as your service and feedback have been first class, although I have a few issues with the product my tub are addressing them and keeping me informed.
Yes I will have no problem dealing with my tub again and would recommend the company to any person that I know
Cheers D.H.
