We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. Excellent service and customer care - well done!

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. The bathroom basin arrived safely on the scheduled day, it was exactly as ordered and was fitted and in use the next day. The mytub website provided good information, the prices were highly competitive, and the service was excellent. The only improvement I could suggest would be a courier that gives an arrival time window, but it wasnt a problem for us.

I was impressed and would recommend mytub. Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. I was kept me up to date with my order process via emails. A company that deserves to do well.
