In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. finally received my order on wednesday 15th febuary when it should of been delivered on the 6th febuary which you did e-mail me and tell me what the problem was, which i was greatful of as i thought it had gone somewhere else. Thankyou for all your e-mails and keeping me up to date with my order.

Service was excellent. I placed an order and received both confirmation and anticipated dispatchdelivery details.
I also received a further e-mail to advise that the parts that I had ordered would be delivered on a specific daydate within the expected delivery timescale and the parts arrived, exactly as advised.
