On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... System repaired and customer happy.
