Delay was caused by your supplier and then the item went missing in transit - however you were on the case before the estimated delivery date and kept me informed at every stage without prompting. Proactive response from MyTub team as I had incorrectly ordered the wrong colour to begin with - many thanks.
Final delivery notification only came through on the morning of the delivery but was the day that had been given as an estimate. An approximate time would have been useful extra information.

I ordered this sink on line and prepaid the cost . I was pleased to see that delivery charges had not been added. The sink was delivered within 10 days directly to our address. All in all, an excellent service which I would means I will definitely use MyTub again.

The product arrived promptly and was as described.
My one complaint is the packaging that was used. For the single support tube of about 12mm x 150mm, it arrived in a box that was about 300mm x 200 x 200, packed with another folded box, inflated plastic packing and was inside a padded envelope. All that was required was the padded envelope with a stiffener inside to stop the tube getting broken. In these days of trying to reduce packaging, this went totally the opposite way
