Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. I purchased a fixing set for an existing shower. I only needed 1 part which to replace a Brocken part. I paid for a large amount of parts that I do not need. The various parts should be available as individual parts.

This was a first class service, I was updated as to when to expect delivery, and it happened as promised. The cistern was a direct replacement and I was put right by yourselves as I nearly ordered a side entry instead of a bottom entry, so thanks for that. The only drawback was that the inlet, outlet and overflow are all in the correct position but the two screw holes that hold the cistern to the wall have been moved about 38", so a straight forward exchange took longer than it should have. Not your fault its Twyfords.
