Ordering was good but the delivery took 20 days due to carrier probs and poor packaging resulting in damage. All sorted out and communication was good.

In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. Extremely difficult product to get hold of so was delighted that you had been able to obtain for me.
Delivery did not happen on the 2 delivery dates advised but i suspect this was partly out of your hands since it was coming directly from supplier. You responded very promptly every time i contacted you and finally arranged special delivery because of the delay.
Overall very satisfied and would use you again.
Also great to see you publish all feedback good or bad.
