I was struggling to find a replacement for my toilet pan and then found out they were no longer made by Ideal Standard. I was lucky enough to have the model number and searched for it on my computer. Immediately I found what I wanted on you site. I ordered it on Friday at 4.30pm and it was delivered by 10.15 am on the Monday. Fantastic service, good price and the pan was exactly the one I wanted. Amazing range of spares and the only site I could find that had the item I needed in stock. Good service and prompt delivery. My only gripe was that the delivery charge seemed a bit heavy but if you need the part you pay the price.

I have been really impressed with your service. You provided the correct manufacturers parts for a much better price than other on-line stores which I picked up at my local plumb centre. I will certainly be using you again.
The only thing that I found confusing was arranging to collect which should have been available without delivery charge. Im sure that you could improve this option on your website as despite me phoning for assistance and being assured that I would not be charged for delivery - I was charged. Can you confirm why

I received my order, yesterday lunch time at around 12pm. I must say that I feel a little let down as I placed my order on the 281112 and didnt hear back from you until the 141212 to say that the complete order was not in stock and would not be until January. I asked you to go ahead with the order as you had already taken the money from my account. I then had an email on the 171212 saying that the order will be in by the 070113 only to be told again that the order wouldnt be in until the 210113. I understand that this is not your fault but i would have preferred it if you could have let me know a couple of days after I placed my order that the order was not in stock as my customer was left without a shower for nearly two months.
