I originally found someone cheaper but I couldnt get through to the other supplier so I ordered from these guys. However before I ordered I asked them to price match the other supplier but I didnt really receive a price match.
I placed the order on Tuesday and it was supposed to arrive on Friday but it arrived on Monday. But the weather was not ideal so that may be an excuse for the slight delay.

To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. I am very disapointed by the service you offered to the extent I would postively recommend others not to use your company.
To advertise products for sale, then not be able to deliver them till over 30 days after the order has been placed is not acceptable.
To insist that when buying two products it is necessary to pay seperate postage on both seems unreasonable.
When the issues were raised, the staff spoken to seemed very uninterested as it was my problem not theirs and they also did not appear to have read the messages sent to them.
