This was a first class service, I was updated as to when to expect delivery, and it happened as promised. The cistern was a direct replacement and I was put right by yourselves as I nearly ordered a side entry instead of a bottom entry, so thanks for that. The only drawback was that the inlet, outlet and overflow are all in the correct position but the two screw holes that hold the cistern to the wall have been moved about 38", so a straight forward exchange took longer than it should have. Not your fault its Twyfords.

I received my order, yesterday lunch time at around 12pm. I must say that I feel a little let down as I placed my order on the 281112 and didnt hear back from you until the 141212 to say that the complete order was not in stock and would not be until January. I asked you to go ahead with the order as you had already taken the money from my account. I then had an email on the 171212 saying that the order will be in by the 070113 only to be told again that the order wouldnt be in until the 210113. I understand that this is not your fault but i would have preferred it if you could have let me know a couple of days after I placed my order that the order was not in stock as my customer was left without a shower for nearly two months.

Thanks for quick delivery - and conscientious messages to and fro regarding part out of stock.
Here in the West of Scotland quick delivery times are few and far between - with delays and excuses normally the order of the day!
All this is much appreciated and we will certainly use your company again in the future.
Kind regards, Lori and Roger

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND USING MYTUB. What a brilliant online website. Excellent free delivery which reduced the cost of my items considerably. Well done. Your email updates provided me with a confirmed delivery date, which was spot on. Great service. Thank you.
