Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! Your 7-10 day delivery was way out,almost had to cancel. Then the
incorrect item was delivered, after a bit of research i found this was down
to City Plumbing who eventually supplied the cistern. Your people very
helpful and most of all kept me informed as to what was happening. Good
communication counts for a lot,no problems with buying from My Tub in the
future.

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.
