After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. Requested delivery time for possible order - advised 10-15 days - agreed and ordered online - then to be told delivery not til Oct 08 - I would have appreciated being told this in the beginning as this is what I was trying to find out. However - when I phoned to cancel & request refund - this was done without any problems & email sent straight away confirming refund done - Thank you

Although the product I ordered online seemed to be quite elusive when posted to me, I was kept fully informed about the delays and revised dates.
From my point of view the delays were not a problem and I would certainly use mytub again in the future.
