after placing initial order and paying for it i was then told my item was obsolete my tub dont stock it but they said they would source my item for me which ended up costing me £25 more than mytubs original price. i feel i could have been told before payment that they dont have items in stock leaving me free to look elsewhere or they could have quoted a price items will cost you after they order them in for you first before taking your money. not as cheap as you first appear!!

Hello
Unfortunately obsolete items do not get the price updated so will appear a great deal cheaper than the replacement product.

Jeanette and Christine have been unbelievably helpful tracking down a sink and waste unit for me. It's wonderful to have a friendly voice on the end of the phone.

Hello Steven,
Thank you very much - I have received today my order from you including the Armitage Shanks diverter for my mixer bath taps and shower. I am very grateful that you had this item still in stock. Many thanks for all your help.
Wishing you and mytub all the very best.
Kindest regards,

Prices very competitive, delivery took a while, I guess as you had to order the parts to send me. I ordered 3 and only got 1 but I didn't realise till two weeks after order arrived so didn't feel I should mention it.
