These orders seem to go like clockwork. picked up the thermocouple yesterday .The washer was actually delivered to me by Wolsey on Friday to my door , dont know the reason for that other than it was marked up for delivery.

I am only taking the time to respond to this message due to the professional and efficient manner in which my order was handled. Your telephone receptionist was very helpful and answered all of my questions considering it was a relatively small order.
Its a great service and the price was at least 50% less than I was quoted for a similar product. I will certainly use your services again and would recommend your company to anyone.

I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! It was unfortunate that the first delivery of my item was lost in transit but full marks to myTub as they kept in helpful communication with me and sent a replacement item shortly after me reporting the non-delivery. I thoroughly recommend this company for their efficient and friendly service.
