Efficient service. When I called with a query regarding delivery I was provided with very helpful information by a pleasant member of staff.

I selected your services based on your communications access having experienced another supplier with no phone access and very slow email response.

It arrived on the day stated, three was in good order, however the fixing clips and seal were not present. Delivery driver was informed as it came from Wolsey parts center, said he would get one sent out but am still waiting for it. Luckily I was able to use the clips of the existing sink. Very poor.

Dear SirMadam,
It is just my opinion, but I find your website terrible to navigate. Perhaps it is partly because I am not a plumber, but surely people do not shop for plumbing fittings by brand first Wouldnt they look for the type and size of fitting, then choose the brand Why can we not order search results Why are there a zillion sub-categories in each sub-category in each category - case in point, me trying to find suitable compression fittings for 8mm microbore pipe.
Otherwise, you seem to stock absolutely everything, and at a good price.
Sincerely,
A. Cochran
