|good service, quick to reply to messages, only suggestion is that the boxes are clearly labelled for the attention of a person and not a company and therefore not getting misplaced
but other wise a good service will use again
|Order completed, very satisfied. I was able to obtain information promptly and updates were fine but I had to prompt to asscertan that the expected delivery was infact to be the actual, the day before delivery was due.
I would recomend and will use again provided the price is right.
|Dealing with mytub was quite easy and although the part I required was out of stock they kept me informed on proposed delivery dates.

Very happy with the service. The items I bought were reasonably priced and just what I wanted. Your sales people were helpful in finding my nearest outlet with items in stock because I needed them urgently and pickup was very straightforward.
|My goods were not delivered the day confirmed and only delivered the next day after chasing.The staff at My Tub were very polite and curtious.
