Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. You were also courteous while I was asking what turned out to be a foolish question! : Your supplier rang me promptly to arrange delivery, which was in the timeframe specified. Thanks!

A week to supply a cartridge, far to long. I bought another cartridge locally and fitted it as I missed the delivery in the morning. I wouldnt use them again to save £20
