MyTub have gone way beyond the extra mile in fulfilling my order after items went missing in the post. Even though the problem was not of their making, the customer service team have been second to none and they stayed fully focused on my order until all issues were resolved and for this they have my gratitude.
In general, I found MyTub very easy to deal with and the whole experience for me was positive as they provide an excellent level of service, quality components and very keen prices.
Ordering was very easy through the desktop website and although I did not have need to use the mobile version, I have no reason to think that there would be any issues.

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding.
