I ordered from Finland on 30.12 and had it delivered to my door on 22.1. The shipment was 49 GBP. It was still cheaper then local price here, and I must say that customer support was most helpful within their possibilities.
MyTub, get your international shipment deals better, you have great offer and great staff there, but I cannot recommend anyone from overseas to shop here.

Good service and prices. Ordered heated mirrors and a shower screen. Delivery slightly delayed, initially notified of this. Then had to email to find out if order had arrived at depot. It had, but depot glasgow did not have a van going out to Stirling. To get the goods to me depot sent some one out in their own car to ensure I had the goods in time for my bathrooms refit. Goods arrived in perfect condition. Was very pleased.

My tub were quick and efficient at processing my order also
Were very good at keeping me informed of the status of the
Order
The only thing I felt a little misleading on the Internet
Was they put in big bold type the price of one carbon brush
As the price I thought was a pair as you usually buy brushes
In pairs, so I had to pay more postage and ring for the other
Brush.
Can you please change your browser content to stop people
Purchasing one of the product and thus save duplicate p&p.

After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.
